I am not the kind of crafter who starts their Halloween projects in August and September so that by October, they’ve moved on to Thanksgiving and the holidays. I am the kind of crafter who has to wait for the mood to strike and that mood usually strikes when everyone else has moved on. I suppose that means if you’re still looking for some Halloween cards to look at, that’s good for me!
I decided to go back to one of my earlier kinds of posts where I was trying to put together my own “kits,” inspired by Grace Tolman on her YouTube channel. I’m not as disciplined as Grace to only use things I already own and not bring anything new into the mix. No, I like to buy stuff (even though I do NOT need it) and incorporate it into the things I already own. In my defense, this year I did not buy any new Halloween paper and I didn’t buy any Halloween special limited edition card kits. I did, however, buy a bunch of the ephemera and die cuts that Michaels had for Halloween as well as some new dies. Growth is a process!
My goal will be to use mostly supplies I already have, as seen below.

I did buy a few new things. Mainly the ephemera put out by Recollections. I wanted to make as many cards as possible, quickly, which meant no stamping images or coloring.

Let’s see what I can put together!
