It’s the reveal for the June Stash Bash! You were all waiting with baited breath for this exciting entry into whatever this journey is. I appreciate you being here! I know I’m having fun and I hope you are, too.
Equipment
- Doodlebug Cream & Sugar 6×6 Paper Pad
- Doodlebug Cream & Sugar Card Stock Sticker Icons
- Avery Elle Cool Beans 3×4 Stamp Set
- Simon Says Stamp Coffee and Tea 4x 6 Stamp Set
- Queen & Company Stick-Ems Sentiments (These have been discontinued.)
- Queen & Company glitter (Apparently also discontinued.)
I have a couple of different partial stacks of the Doodlebug Cream & Sugar paper that came in different card kits. I think one was a Simon Says Stamp kit and the other was a Scrapping for Less kit. The icon sticker sheet is actually a half sheet that came as part of the Scrapping for Less kit. I also felt the need to purchase the entire 6×6 paper pad and an assortment of decorative elements, which I will not be using for this challenge.
I decided to bring in some stamps this time and try to use up the rub-on sentiments and Queen & Company Stick-Ems sentiments. I have no shortage of sentiment options, so let’s see if that provides enough inspiration to get through all of them.
What I’ll Do
I think this time around I’m going to pull some card sketches to get started. That will at least give me some inspiration, a jumping off point, and will alleviate some of the repetition I had in the last group of cards.
I may have to pull out decorations including sequins and the like to help make things fun. I have Doodlebug ribbon I can bring in and and the paper itself has some borders and cut-aparts that can be used for embellishment or as sentiments.
I’ll see you back here shortly with some completed June Stash Bash cards!
